When does WinSwapTrades open?

We’re building and testing the platform now. The opening date will be announced on this page. Until then nothing on this site accepts deposits or orders.

Where will my funds be held?

Every balance will be recorded in a double-entry ledger. Most client assets will be kept in cold storage, and the ledger will be reconciled every day against the wallets that hold them.

Is WinSwapTrades licensed?

Licence and registration details will be published on this page once confirmed. We don’t make regulatory claims until they are verified.

How long do withdrawals take?

Every withdrawal will need your 2FA code and an email confirmation. Large or unusual withdrawals will be reviewed by our team first, and you’ll be able to follow the status in your account.

What fees will I pay?

A trading fee on each fill, shown before you confirm, plus the network fee on withdrawals. The final fee schedule will be published before launch; the calculator above shows example rates.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Verification protects your account and will be required before you can deposit, trade or withdraw.
